i'm 14 i WAS going to see toy story 3 when it comes out because i liked the first 2 movies alot when i was 4 or 5 but when i babysit this 7 yearold girl she said "will you see toy story 3 with me? "i said yea i'll see it with you my parents will take us" (because her mom works at home on computer and phone and never gets break off) then her brother said "how come you never see movies that are for your age"? hes a bratty 10 yearold then i said "uh yes i do i see all kinds of movies!".since when is the movie shrek for baby's? that movie has cuss words in it atleast the first one does it even says the a word in it.I'm more into cartoon movies because i don't obsess over the stupid hollywood celebrities which most teen girls do.I'm a girl the reason why my name on here says Alvin is because its my cousins not mine.So i'm asking this question i LOVE 1980's cartoons and movies to but i get made fun of by the little girl i watch 10 yearold brother i do not watch the 10 yearold he's old enough to do stuff and watch his self because i watched my self when i was 10 so what am i to old for now that i'm 14? and when he said that he hurt me i asked my friend and she said i can watch anything that i want to watch?

You should never worry about what other peoples opinion might be on your likes or dislikes, especially a ten year old boy! I am 22 years old and I would love to see Toy Story 3! Movies like cartoons movies to watch nowthat these days are targeted for the younger crowd, but they tend to throw in a few things for the adults that have to watch it with the little ones LOL And even if you watched things like Dora the Explorer, who cares? If you are getting viruses on your computer it is because you don't have a good virus program on it. Tell your dad to install Avast virus protection. Well you can if you have cusom firmware. There are many sites you can find just by using google. I googled free psp game downloads and used the 2nd one (sorry don't remember site). All you need to do is just rent the games or borrow them from a friend and copy them to your memory sticks.

Only a month ago, we learned that former top file-sharing program Kazaa settled with the RIAA for $115 million, and that current top P2P application LimeWire was being sued for an estimated $476 million. The LimeWire case is expected to go to court next month.

RIAA needs a reality check. You can shut down program after program, the users will just take their files to the next big thing. I used edonkey extensively for years, and kazaa before that. When edonkey got bombed, I spent less than 2 minutes finding another P2P network, and I like it better. You can't put a genie back into the bottle, the ttop p2p file sharing sitesechnology exists, now adapt or die, RIAA.
It's dangerous for one thing. You never really know what you are downloading. It's a great way to get spyware and viruses onto your computer.

It's also illegal - plain and simple. You're getting a product for free. If you're on one of this p2p programs, you are also likely uploading it to someone else as well. And it's not like loaning a CD to a friend...you're giving it to 'god knows who'. This only hurts everyone in the end. And it hurts the bands and groups that make the music most. Remember, you're not just hurting the huge record companys, you're hurting your favorite artists as well.
Well, I think file sharing is a good idea when you're trying to share your personal non- copyright file.
The problem is that there really is no way to protect the copyright files that are being shared. If there was a way to keep people from breaking the law by sharing copyright materials, P2P would be the best way to let people hear what you have created.

magellan software updatesMagellan Maestro 3100 Software Updating Problems?

Hi. I just bought a magellan maestro 3100 a few days ago. I took it out for a drive and I figured out that the software was outdated and so I looked on their website for a update. I found it, but I am having a lot of trouble with the process. I have the update downloaded onto my computer, but when I go to put in the memory card, and plug in the usb, it says the battery is too low and there is no memory card found. I am really frustrated with this. Please help!
Here's a MANUAL approach that will update and fix the problem. A few of us have used it and it works, it's just not as easy as the AUTO approach. Magellan says an updated fix will be posted soon. I tried it and it worked for me - no promises, but check it out.

It'll take about 15 minutes if you carefully follow these step-by-step.

1. Unzip downloaded file
2. Use WinRAR to extract the executeable (they will all be in a file folder)
3. Create USBTRANS file in SYS folder on unit (or copy the backup that was made on the SD card)
4. Copy the contents of COPY_GROUP 1, 11, 13, 17 to USBTRANS which is in the SYS folder
5. Copy the contents of COPY_GROUP 2, 3, 5, 7, 8 to MAP
6. Copy the contents of COPY_GROUP 4, 6, 12, 14, 15 to APP
(NOTE: in order to copy the contents of group 14 over to the APP folder, you will need to copy the contents of TNShell_Bitmap\Venus2 to the same folder on the unit, that way the folder isn't just replaced.)
7. Copy contents of COPY_GROUP 9 and 10 to SD card
8. Copy contents of COPY_GROUP 16 to USR
9. Once copied over, unplug the unit and it should reset itself. Then all should be working

DON'T FORGET to put in the UNIT_ID.DAT file back in the USBTRANS folder if you haven't already. It may already be in there.

By the way the unit did some pretty weird stuff just after it came back up (after unplugging the UBS cable) but after one additional power cycle it was good to go. I also called Magellan and they also told me to "Take it back to store and exchance it". Poor, poor business.

I am having similar or worse problems with the same unit. I began the update and it failed. Now my unit will not load. It's as if it has been erased. I can see the memory card and system memory and can access both.
I am having the same problem. I was trying to restore the 3100 via the manual method in this thread but I seem to have lost the UNIT_ID.DAT file, so I am dead in the water. Anybody know how I can get a copy of this file?

After watching the video(s), you can either copy the file(s) from your browser temp directory to some more convenient directory or you could use some site like to download the files directly.

Once you download the file(s), transcode to MPEG4. You can do this in two steps. First, transcode with RIVA FLV Encoder:

The ATI Mobilty Radon HD 4670 from AMD is a DirectX 10.1 middle-class notebook graphics adapter. Technically it is a higher clocked Mobility Radeon HD 4650.

The gaming performance of the GPU lies between the desktop HD 4650 and 4670. Therefore, most DirectX 9 games (like Call of Duty 4, F.E.A.R., or Unreal Tournament 3) should be playable in high details (in 1024x768). Demanding DX10 games from 2008 like Crysis run only in medium details fluently.
