Are there any movies or cartoons where the superhero is a Panda Bear, like the kind they live in Nepal or China?
i don't know, im jus wondering :)
the only movie i can think of is kung-fu panda
there is also Ranamapanda movies 1/2 though I'm not all that sure about calling them a hero. And they r from China visiting Japan.. :/

In the anime Digimon Frontier there is a Pandampanda movieson that helps them at one point.
except Kung- Fu Panda xD ,a Chinese singer had made a movie of his own that is a duplications of Kung- Fu Panda xD, it is really rediculous.
