I used them couple times, very cheap, packages small business website designfor every budget. I picked them because they are located in chicago, and i just go and talk to one of their designers- but i know they get most of their business online. They speak polish and english. That is the only place that have FREE website builder with every hosting package- even the dollar one.
Please visit http://www.xithi.com They have a very competitive package for a 5 page dynamic website and also offer free hosting. The advantage is, you can later add more pages without programming effort.
