I am running on Windows XP, and lately have had a lot of problems. I used to only use Safari and Internet Explorer, and then downloaded Firefox. Firefox kept crashing from the very first time I opened it, and never worked quite right. I then had trouble accessing any Google-relatedfirefox safari download site. After that, I was not able to download any content from any internet browser or site, or upload anything for that matter. Now, Firefox will not open at all and crashes before the page even appears. Also, Safari will no longer load any pages. It's very bizarre, and I have rufirefox safari downloadn scans using Avast, Kaspersky, and Malware Bytes, only finding a few minor viruses that have since been deleted without fixing the problem. Any advice?
uninstall then reinstall firefox, make sure your not running explorer and safari at the same time your using firefox. good luck
