i am having a difficult time getting the adobe player downloaded on my computer how do i get it downloaded?

go to adobe.com and look for it in downlowds..
I think you browser will ask and have donwload link for update. Just click it
maybe waitlatest adobe flash player download for a pop-up saying theres a download available or type in adobe flash-player then what version
why, what do you want to download flash player for
